CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Hollis called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag.
MFT: The original resolution was for $120,000.00. The supplemental resolution is $42,088.18. The change order is $14,689.60.
Jason Musselman made a motion to approve Resolution #918, RESOLUTION APPROVING AN IDOT MOTOR FUEL TAX FUND SUPPLEMENTAL RESOLUTION FOR IMPROVEMENT BY MUNICIPALITY. Donna Lefler 2nd motion passed. Ryan Kelly absent. Donna Lefler made a motion to approve Resolution #917, RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR ROAD SEAL COATING AND MAINTENANCE PROJECT for $134,234.64. Connie Jacobson 2nd motion passed. Ryan Kelly absent
PROPERTY ON 413 E JEFFERSON STREET: Jeff Monnich is the owner of this property and wanting to sell it to the City for $4,000.00. The City attorney estimated to pursue the property for a demolition order would take longer and cost more than the $4,000.00.

PROPERTY 512 E. MAIN ST: This property has $20,000.00 worth of solar panels on it and there is a mortgage owed. The Peoples National Bank also has a lien on this property. There has to be more research done before the City entertains the idea of purchasing this property. The lawyer for the property is Justin Raver from Kewanee.
